Не подставляются параметры в Connected Line ID и Connected

Добрый день!
Есть две АТС Asterisk 13.9.1 на которые прикручен FreePBX 13. На каждом из астеров настроены очереди с одинаковыми параметрами.На обеих настроен транк Задарма, и Inbound route который ведёт тупо на очередь.
Возникла такая проблема - при звонке на одну АТС вывод core show channel SIP/zadarma
При звонке по идентичному транку на другую АТС
в первом случае не подставляются данные

Настройки перепроверял, вроде идентичные
Подскажите плз на какие настройки стоит обратить отдельное пристальное внимани
